The contentious point here keith is whether you actually truly are this guys friend. I remember a thread about the guy a year or two ago and I dont recall you mentioning him as a friend then. id imagine anyone here could be trained to do it and the secret would lie in learning to make your core/momentum do the work as opposed to your biceps and delts

its the same way one learns to box 12 rounds without getting tired...

i think it is if you use momentum/core sf ... as you can see from the calorie equations obviously it isnt dont with muscles alone

I watched Dragan at the Arnold 2005/6 [?] with his shoulder pressing 'demo'. I think it was 25lbs, but he was repping out forever, and looked very comfortable. They had some audience challenge crap, and they had teams of people combined trying to rep as long as Dragan. It was kind of funny, as people were dropping like flies, getting replaced with people who then dropped, while Dragan while still pressing away. Like 5 guys combined still did not beat him.

well, I'm gonna have to say that some people outhere can pull some incredible feat of strenght. I remember back at the 2001 ASC there was a guy about 180lbs, he did about 800 fucking reps with a pair of 35lbs dumbbells nonstop. I witnessed the shit with my own eyes, guys. it's fair to say that some folks outhere have what it takes to do things we can only dream.
