He posted a link on MD saying that he had BIG NEWS, and left everyone hanging...

I talked to him last night but only about the fight. I noticed that he did look a little bigger. Either way he looks good and pretty healthy too.

I cant believe there are guys putting shit on Flex. He may be retired now but when he was competing he had one of the top 5 physiques of all time. You guys are dick heads.

I would imagine that the wisest thing for Wheeler would be to stay at a low bodyweight, do a lot of cardio and different training, to keep the stress on his internal organs to a minimum and his general health at peak.

Beefing up doesn't seem like a very smart idea. Even if he does it all natural.

Did'nt that fucker get a kidney transplant??  If so, why on earth would he be anywhere near a bodybuilding stage.  I mean....dehydration..... ..Is part of the whole getting ripped for stage thing right??? When you get a transplant you are still taking meds anyway for the foreign organ in your body.  The last thing I would want to do is to dehydrate myself for a bodybuilding contest.

how big can a natty get before it us just fat and not muscle..not that big hedge

I would love to see what kind of supplements he is taking and his work out/cardio splits
