between that and more mass there are 2-4 months of gym diet ,and some discipline.

I 've been big before...i've always said it...i've lost a lot of pics especially from competing days...unfortunately...t hat's the reason I can make dramatic changes in just a few mont's ..I love this sport..peace!

I KNEW it had to be fake.  however you do look pretty good, at least you can say you achieved all that almost naturally.
