since i have never been to a bodybuilding show of any kind before, gunter and this asian guy ive seen so much stuff about lately will both be there, and because san jose is only an hour away.. i have just decided that i will attend this show.   

does any one have any idea when the guest posers normally go onstage? i only want to go for either the pre judging or the finals...since i think you have to pay for each seperate; so which should i go to?   and dont they normally give away free supplements and shit at these contests?

Those guest posers normaly pose in the finals.
If you dont have any friend compete,i recomend you to go to final only.
