Dude, you know S H I T about anything. What makes you sick is either the bacteria from the bird's shit that is sitting OUTSIDE on the eggshell. These bacteria mix with the inside of the egg when you open the egg up.
OR the bird is already infected with the salmonella. IN this cas the bactria is already INSIDE the egg, and there's nothing you can do to get it out, but killing the bacteria through heat.
