Just myself, and you should ask me for nutritional advice.

even with his "suppliment" advice?  those of weak liver shouldn't follow him, methinks.

i'm gonna think about this one and post mine.

Pretty sure he's joking, gh15's advice is all drugs.

well, i think you're an idiot.

i think you grew more when you followed whatever you did before the adonix principles.  have you put on any muscle since then?

Do we even need to say it?... Justin Harris aka Troponin, he is the man who is almost singlehandedly bringing back the importance of nutrition as opposed to drugs.

If I wanted to be a pro, I'd listen to him.  We'd get by without heavy orals.

For everyday folks training-

Mr Intenseone for anything core or sports training, and effects of nutrition and supplements on the body longterm.
Disgusted for peaking for a show.
LLES for cutting.  (where's he been lately?)
Rusty Jeffers for posing.
Mindspin for intense leg training.

Of course I grew more before because I was training a lot longer without being very knowledgeable about diet.  many years.

The only adonis 'principle' is to eat the right amount.  there's more to it to get the best results.

no one. something different works for everyone. it takes a long time to find out exactly the best thing to do for yourself, what someone else does isnt going to be the best thing for me.

more to it meaning changing everything about it to get the best result.  a principle usually means, well, a principle, one thing that doesn't change.  if you change ANYTHING  it means the adonis principles suck.

and the adonis principle is "eat anything you want til you get a certain amount of calories".  remember (ask hedgehog for quotes) he said you can get ripped on an all beer diet, an all sugar diet, all mcdonalds diet.  then later he changed it to the RDA requirements, which many have stated is a horrible guideline for bodybuilding.

I have found a good variety of foods to keep my hunger down, still eat good tasting food, and get the right nutrients.  Everyone has different tastes so everyone shouldn't eat the same foods.

Adonis never said you'd get optimum results with an all sugar diet, he just said that you'd lose fat in a deficit.

How long did you last on the Ketogenic diet, before you had a Meltdown Power Rod?

about a month, but not due to the diet.  the diet's still fine, i just stopped lifting til monday (as explained in the training board).

i lost about 5 lbs in the last two weeks without going to the gym.

I can personally attest to the fact he's been doing both the twist and the chicken dance for cardio.
