I wouldn't go so far as to call her hot, but she is hated on cause of all the attention she gets and cause of her money. not arguing just saying I believe she violated her probation twice and the first time the cops got her to sign a sheet saying she knew she was in violation of her probation so she knew what she was doing.  She missed a court date for this already and she showed up late for this one.  You can't piss off a judge like that.

this is literally all I know about this case and I heard this on the local drive in radio show so don't shoot me if it's not 100% accurate.
