all BS aside hes a very helpful guy loves to see someone be successful and no clue how he maintains a year round pretty cut condition.

his forum on MD is real good, at anyday id take advice who tested and tried everything in the past 15 years then some up and comer who reads books.

That as well, I know this board is pretty harsh at times and many myself included are going over the top at more than one occasion, but there is no reason to demand respect from somebody for something they do not deserve respect for only because you may know the person or feel for him/her, he is a cool guy and very helfull and there is absolutely no doubt that he is smart as fuck, but all that does not change the fact that he abdominal area looks like shit.

I do respect Dave - to me he seems like a nice chap. But I also respect the concept of palumboism as it is 100% valid.
