You guys can all sit there and criticize all u want, but that guy's one of the good ones. He answers everyone's question on his message board, he gives out knowledgeable advice for free. And for those that haven't tried his program, should give it a shot, I never lost fat while keeping all my muscle mass.

Why is it so hard to understand that even being a a stand up guy will not make you nutrial if you make bad decisions, and guest posting looking like this is a bad idea.

Every time i have met dave he is way cool. I tell him i follow his diet and he seems genuinly interested. Collette should of had the implant under the muscle ( the way most girls un USA get them). That girl has gnarly chest development with implants on top.

Dave is a freak, its really a shame he is not pro, not that it matters.... He makes way more $$$$ then most pros.

Well, he stays in great shape year round... has a lot of muscle...banned me from MD for no good reason (well that's subjective) puts people on weird diets that only seem to work for some. Tony Freedman dials in pretty good with his advice though Billy "I got my ass handed to me by Alexxx" Guns did not achieve the desired result. On the other hand Tony Freedman is a Squad endorsed athlete so maybe that's why things worked out for him.

Dave Palumbo is supposed to be a top guru, yet he sold fake GH, potentially putting lives in jeopardy. Imagine the fake shit all the smalltime dealers are giving people to put in their bodies. lol. More reason to NOT take drugs.

I think you are missing the point here. As a well known bodybuilder and GUEST POSER, aspects of his PHYSIQUE is fair game here. Nobody is making a PERSONAL attack about the man. BTW Dave is very smart guy, but I think he was unable to be objective about his own physique and what he really needed to do in order to win.

I know, kinda sad in my opinion that guy had the brainpower and acdemic discipline to get an undergard degree in biochem and accpeted into a good medical school, that he dropped out of after 2 years.

No matter, I wish the guy well, and hope he turns things around in his life after the infamous fake HGH conviction and jail time. I don't care for his physique but admire his scientific knowledge.
I would take ANY nutritional advice off him in a sec, but not life advice.
