How many calories in........

An empty 1 litre ice cream tub filled with whole wheat penne pasta, ground beef (rinsed thoroughly and cooked with a few spices etc) and mixed cooked veg?

Bearing in mind the tub was packed tight with the stuff?

Feeling lazy to calculate!  8)

Great post Bigcyp, I reckon around 900 kcals?

I wonder what the rest of the guys think
