If you weigh 242 lbs or less:
A raw competition style 400 lbs benchpress is very good for a natural lifter.
Squat, I would say... 545 lbs.
Deadlift, 600 lbs.
Eg, a world class powerlifter I know of, who's walked out and squatted 800 lbs below parallell in single ply, drug tested, in the 220 lbs class, has a raw squat personal best of 585 lbs. Then again, I know he trains a lot with the squat suit on.
