Anyone into classical music?
« on: May 09, 2007, 09:26:22 AM »
Lately i enjoy Johann Sebastian Bach a lot.

Seems like music of such a high level isn't made anymore today. Bach was a genius, his work is nice to listen to, yet very deep.

 ;D ;D

I like some stuff, Handel, Holst and some other stuff.  I like Choral stuff.  Handel's Messiah is my favourite piece.

Barely anything equals the beauty of Mozart/ Lacrimosa  :'(

Carmina Burana - esp. O Fortuna is good to listen to at the gym on squat days.

Classical music is for geeks, nerds, frauds. I can't think of a single interesting person that admits he listens to classical music.

All the Amish men wear them.  ;)

And yes, Zadok is beautiful.

Jordi Savall writes and performs some very interesting work, including the soundtrack for this film...
