I'm just back from Training, today he did:

Farmers walk with 264lbs each side walked up 50m and back 50m, the grip of that fucking thing was so bad I couldn't even hold it for longer than 15sec max.

He said he is going to provide me with a CD with some of the stuff his GF has filmed, he asked me if I can do something with it since he's not that good with Computers, his Strongmen competition is on Thursday next week, I will see him Wednesday the following week and with a bit of luck get the clips than, maybe this is not going to be extremely breathtaking for you but I think he is amazing strong.

Where is the competition? I know there is one near me very soon.
