If that's the stuff by SAN, no I haven't tried it, but last I saw a lot of Vitamin Shoppe locations were selling this on sale to make room for the Turbo V12 or whatever its called. I think there were only minor differences between the two so you may be able to find it for a good deal

Pre workouts are F##king awesome!!!........ If you find the right one. Make sure the product has a minimum of 3 grams of arginine akg or arginine ethyl ester NOT DI ARGININE MALATE!!!!! shit is garbage. Also the creatine these use is crucial. You do not want to tangle with CEm3 (BSN)shit ass creatine malate ethyl ester, any type of phosphagen, or monohydrate. You are looking for... CEE or Kre Alkalyn as the base creatine in the pre workout sup. Arnge crush by BioRythem is by far the best one out there... hands down!! But if you cant manage to find it, go with Super Pump 250 by Gaspari Nutrition. Another personal Favorite of mine is K-BLAST by NLN, its pill form and SUPER potent using Kre Alkalyn as a creatine very convienent (pills). If your a late night trainer and cant do the stimulants i recommend Horse Power by Ultimate Nutrition.. Wicked strength and pump and still able to go to bed.

The creatine source in Superpump is di-creatine malate and monohydrate. other than that its pretty good. For pre workout I usually like to mix my own creatine + stims + arginine/citruline if necessary, there's so many other ingredients in those pre-workout drinks, I think its usually overkill. as I side note, I do love kre-alkalyn too.

whats up with that, i work graveyard shifts and sometimes me and my cousins go to 24 after a twelve hr shift to get a workout. So he bought some v12 and  took some after workout thinking it was a postworkout creatine product.. well he got no sleep and ended up draging ass the next night.

opened up my jug for the first time last night. used it before a workout. i felt a buzz and had a solid workout. who knows if it's all in my head, but it seemed to work for me
