I'm not really concerned if it's rare or not, I'm consider buying one for my living room.

How big is the room you're going to keep it in? In order to notice the clarity of a 70" 1080p you'd have to be a good distance from it. Anything under 12 feet or so and you won't really notice the benefits.

And make sure it's got the latest generation HDMI inputs and make sure it's got a lot of them.
