Frank was/is one of my all time favorite, for some reason he can't seem to put it all together for competitions.

I am sure that Animal Pak will need results if they are going to continue to sponsor him

I wonder what would happen if he trained with Milos

Just strong as fuck, If I had to look like a Bodybuilder and not just like somebody who simply "works" out... I want to look like that.
