Webcast: Question about Bob and King Person

Hello,

I am ignorant to this sport of bodybuilding.  I got interested in this through a classmate.  But to the point:

I was watching the webcast today and it seemed like the two hosts of the show had really different viewpoints about the bodybuilder named "King." Seemed like Bob was highly praising his physique, while Dan was not.  At the end, judging by the call outs, Dan was correct in his assessments of King's physique.

I was wondering about the type of relationship between Bob and King?  Seemed a little bias to me, but Bob was clearly favoring King's physique.  I thought Bob was very good in critiquing the physiques of the other bodybuilders, but when it came to King, he seemed to favor him much.  As both Shawn and Dan, were quite frank that they thought King belonged much lower in placing?  Please advise, thanks!

It's a very good point.

Cicherillo shoots his credibility to pieces when he's favoring a buddy.

I've been a fan of Cicherillo and his webcast skills for a long time, but the fact remains:

Either he needs to clean up his act, or he needs to be replaced. Expert commentary like the one he displayed, so obviously trying to cover up for his boy Kamali, not pointing out what the rest of us saw (obliques, arms, et al), has got to go.

Shawn Ray on the other hand, did a great job. Improving all the time, biggest improvement is the slower tempo in speech, makes him sound much better. He's also right to the point.

Other than the Kamali thing, Cicherillo was at his best yet. Very, very good IMO. but you can't overlook such flagrant bias.

Thanks, that explains much!  I guess they must be best friends or seemed like he help King get ready for this show.  Well, either way Bob did a great job overall.  It would be false to say that no one is bias in this world.

Thanks for the "Asshole" Compliment, since you dont "Know" me personally.

That being said, I call it like I see it, Friend or Foe. ;D
Tamali out of Top 5 like I predicted, at best 7th but more like 8-12th.
Not bad considering this line up but not good either when you claim to be at your very best :-\

I'd welcome the challenge to work with Tamali but there is little I could do for him in any area where the physique is concerned. That doesn't mean I hate the guy but this is BBIng and it is Sink or Swim.
Hope he brought his FLOATY with him :-*

Congrats Tamali on the Baby News, I'm sure you'll enjoy the changes coming your way.
