I really wonder what that must feel, being completely ripped but still feeling the intestines pushing out, the only thing close to that I can imagine is when I have Hagen Dazz Ice cream and what not and feel really bloated.

I'm sure there is a difference between having simply a flap as in a little fat around the waist line... or the Intestines to push out so hard that you have to hold them in or have to "face" a vacuum post every day.

I am convinced that this would be impossible, I don't think Bodybuilders in the Golden time were eating less... quit the difference, I think some of them were eating more, but still "the gut" became prominent with gh.

the gh etc etc and all play a role+ huge amounts of calories

i think the angled leg press and heavy weight squatting ads to the gut size

+ overall mass has to go somewhere when you have guys under 5'10 competing with bw of 250+
