There are a few good stories you guys could address from the NY Pro.

1) Should a guy with a major lat deficiency on one side be able to win a show?
2) Did the judges finally follow the synthol mandate and penalize guys with obvious injections?
3) Will Dennis Wolf, once he adds five more pounds to weak areas, be the next big threat?

1. I couldn't get a straigth on view but the right lat in the back dbl. bi and lat spread looked a bit small on Branch. However his chest and delts really overpower his arms in bi shots.

2.Who pray tell?

3. Is such a thing possible to add muscle to problem areas without growing more in strong areas? Also, I've never seen anyone "bring up" calves....you either got em or you don't I say but I'd love for Wolf to prove me wrong.

Here are a few.  I hope the PBW hosts address this.  branch looks unbalanced, yet he won.

240 - in one post you're saying he and Dennis have more muscle yet here you are implying he should of won. Who should have then - Dennis?

How does Dennis Wolfe not place ahead of DJ & Branch Warren?

How on earth does Des Miller place in the top five with an upperbody so weak?

I think you're operating under the faulty assumption that I believe the man with the most muscle should win a bodybuilding show.

IMO the man with the best physique - a combination of size, shape, conditioning and symmetry, among other factors - should win the show.  I think Branch had him outmuscled, but that torn lat should have cost him.  Dennis James probably should have won, with Wolf second and Branch third IMO.  Branch just didn't look the epitome of human muscle perfection - he was unbalanced.

Fair enough. He only appears "unbalanced" from the front poses in my opinion. Dennis didn't appear to be in the condition Branch was in.

What "other factors" would you say are needed?

You know what many of the fans want to hear. Why would the judges put up Branch Warren over Dennis Wolf or Dennis James in first place.  Based on the popular opinion on this Getbig.com board, and other boards, plus based on the phone calls, e-mails, and myriad of other forms of communication, the majority, over 85%, have said that Branch Warren should not have won the New York Pro.

It would be interesting to hear from some of the judges on what brought them to this decision.

This is not a knock off regarding Branch Warren, it is just what many of the people thought. Branch and his training partner are great people, and Branch is a great competitor, but people just want to know.

No one is saying Branch sucks or anything...  it's not like he's Kamali...  just that he clearly wasn't the best man in this show, he probably should have been 3rd.

Dennis Wolf got screwed!  >:(

From the callouts - no one thought branch was the winner.

Dan and Bob were both shocked Branch won.

Bob had him 3rd to 5th.
