The draw-card, premier show. Its early days yet, the equivalent of an olympia will have to wait.
Everyone is being sarcastic and derrogatory, but a federation ike the ifbb also had to start somewhere, and I'm pretty sure it wasnt easy.
Its gonna take maybe a decade before any "damage" gets made, and they become more than a blip on radar, dont understand why theres so much hating, if someone is unhappy at ifbb, or sees better oppurtunity elsewhere they can change federation. Much like changing a job with a start-up company.
Problem is, theres never been a viable option, which is why athletes stayed with ifbb, or quit, Sergio did it, and it was because he was disgruntled with ifbb, same with Padilla, he would have done it in 75, but had no real options, then with wbf, he took paycheck, goes to show big funding doesnt guarantee success, cause if guy in charge has no passion, hes gonna pull plug at first sign of financial loss.
Ifbb history would have been little different today if some guy who competed in lesser known federations had stepped on ifbb stages, thing is, these individuals were willing to pass up on magazine notoriety and contest review, in order to bypass bullshit.
Anyway, pdi success, if any, because its a volatile field, is coming after mr.Priests time.
First they gotta build up an amateur federation, more shows, divisions, etc.
Then, a big show, and... a website.
