Nice and steady improvements.
If I could pick something that would need more work, it's the quad sweep.
Looks like a classic case of doing very heavy squats, but not going ass-to-calves, not deep enough, no offence.
Not enough deep front squats either.
But I may be wrong. You may not be an ego lifter at all.
All I know is, that once I started to go ass-to-calves (literally), my quads and hammies started growing again.
And of course the calves, but you know that already.
All-in-all, very good physique.
The arms, they're the shit. Make the forearms big as fcuk too, then they will be your lights out...
