I'm trying really hard.  Eating @ 400g protein 700g carbs daily...ugh.

I've been training w a powerlifter and really focusing on the core lifts.  I'm gonna max on my Deadlift the week before she goes to Nationals in June.  I'm keeping bench and squatting morelike bodybuilding reps.  We're hoping for me to get @ 675-700.  Gonna start w 600 and go up.  I've peen doing reps w 550+.

I'm not gonna compete until '08...  I hope to go on @ 245.
