What if Flex Wheeler didn't play the mass game?

Today I saw a old Flex magazine cut out with Flex Wheeler and line "1998 Mr Olympia hopeful, 230lb" looking very marketable. I can't help wondering the what if he didn't go all out to gain to complete in the 250lb+. Maybe he may still be able to compete for a few more years and perhaps win the Big O. That may be better for bodybuilding perhaps.

That's a really disrespectful comment there, Flex is a legend and he attained something that you could never even conceive with all your imagination.  Joking about his health problems is some seriously bad Karma bro.  >:(
