Ron, Please!! Just start by cutting carbs after 6pm and drinking 1 gallon of water per day.....................
Thats all for the first month....youll lose 10-20 lbs.
The next month: Add cardio of 30 mins in morning 3x's a week. Make breakfast a carb meal and lunch is all the salad and chicken you can eat..............youll lose another 10-20lbs.
Next month: Keep doing the same and before you know it your buff.
P.S. This assumes youll lift weights at least 3xs a week.
