from what I hear it has alot to do with the insulin and GH the guys take these days, it blurs definition between muscle groups, that's why a guy like ronnie can be totally ripped but still show no seratus or back detail these days.

that dude is swole,if u see his ad's from vtagro yrs ago he was big ,but today these guy's get bigger and bigger,he looks totally different from those ads.sometimes not in a good way when all that mass is added in short time.he has pretty good shape with the size though.
