No, he has to train his legs properly, and lighten the weights regarding squats and leg presses etc. As is always mentioned on this sight, and proof is in the videos, you can't have have half the gym lifting the weights while you squat 3 inches down. DOES NOT WORK, and even though King claims he has lightened the weights, there needs to be serious assessment from a good trainer in order to get back in the game.
Problem is that there are also a number of new BB's on the scene that just look better than King. He has regrouped as was mentioned by him, but still needs to really train like a BB, and not a powerlifer.
