He does but I think he peaked during the hysteria over mass at all costs and I think, unfortunately, became a bit of a scapegoat after the backlash. He was an easier/softer target than Mr O-to-be Cutler or reigning champ Coleman, although I think the latter will pay for that this year, too (both in his placing and health.)
I'll be surprised if Ruhl makes much of a breach into the top ten this year and that'll probably be it for him.
