Lower back is still sore

and its two days before the meet.  :(

A lower-back injury in Feb has kept me sore most days.  Not overtraining- once every 7 days at most, with only 3 or 4 working sets.
Bummer.

Bummer.

If it hurts towards the hip, a chiropractor could do wonders.

If you decide on visit one, also pay attention to what he does, and ask for tips on how to tweak the back into place.

This has helped me a lot.

It's just muscle soreness.  Feels like I deadlifted 2 days ago. 

The injury was a slight tweak as I deadlifted unevenly (the gym I was training at only had those plates that have edges around them, not round, so between reps it shifts on the ground).
