Are you sure Flex didn't say he had a 5,000 square foot house? Bill Gates house is only 30,000 and The Spelling house in California, which is worth 150 million dollars is only 56,000 square feet.

Nope, Flex grossly exaggerated the square footage of his house. Along with saying he made 100k per guest posing (that's for each guest posing, not total for the year), and that he was 300lbs on the stage where he turned pro in 92, in front of a 100,000 people (again grossly exaggerated!) while it was aired live on ESPN.
