Weight lifting shoes.

Nike Frees are the best weight lifting shoes I have ever owned.  The 7.0 and the 3.0 have now surpassed CHuck Taylors as my gym shoes.  Anyone who hasnt tried a pair of these needs to.  It seems they are being discontinued.

My gym shoes might look a bit unusual, but they are number one in stability and comfort.

These feel like your training barefoot.  I highly reccommend them to anyone that lifts weights.
