it is worth it for the comedy value...

if you want to see.. how many people you can possible get to spot you on a given lift this is the dvd for you

i have seen king on various videos he get=s a spot for EVERYTHING..
225 smith military presses.. spot from rep one...
lay pull downs ..spot fro rep one..
dumbel laterals spot from rep onee..
on bfto 2001
he even hada guy spot him on deadlifts.... from behind....
and he spends a lot of time on his segment talkin about get big
whenever i watch anything with king... i laugh till my stomach cramps
