So I'm in the gym today and I'm doing shruggs on a Smith Machine (BTW I've lost 30lbs since Feb, I have before pics and I will post after pics when I reach my goal, It's just for that B itch squadfather and his loyal left nut) Anywho I have my headphones on and the gym chick comes up to me and says something, I take off my headphones and say, "excuse me"? She says, "Just make sure you use the clips". I said, "why? Is the machine going to tip over"? She looked at the machine then looked at me, then got upset and left. Some guys started laughing but I said, "use some common sense what's the point of using clips for the Smith Machine? Anywho... PWNED
