they were coaxed into an impromptu posedown by Milos to show us the mandatory 8 poses. Melvin also talked about posing well and using transitions. It was cool. 8)

I love of everyone say: He only looks good in the gym but not onstage

haha ok it must sucks to be him, he has the best physique on earth every fucking day of the year exept that 10 minutes onstage.
some people are tiny and only look good onstage, I'd rather be like DJ

What a great move by Milos.  Also a very smart business decision.  He is showing average weight lifters some of the pros are kind people who are willing to help them with their fitness goals.  Hats off to Milos, Armin, Melvin, Wolf, and any other pros who helped out today! :D

It doesn't surprise me that Milos surrounded himself with about 2000lbs. of muscle since he knew I was coming for him.

Did'nt you say you came to gym, asked the guy at the front desk where Milos was and when Milos saw you he ran into his office.....??? ::) So how can you say he surrounded himself with 2000 pounds of muscle when according to you he was on his own when he saw you and ran into his office???? ::)
