why are you picking on 240?

before 240 turned into a truth-suppressing fascist (see the politics board), he turned me on to the possibilities that UFOs were regularly visiting our planet for nefarious purposes . . . so I did some research.  of course, he'll probably come on here and try to suppress this information too.

I believe we're not alone in the universe.


Aside from the statistical arrogance it'd require to believe in this great universe we're the only smart life form, there have been many videotaped incidents which cannot be explained.  The Space Shuttle sends back video - and some things they show are incredible.  Objects changing direction at rates of speed which machines cannot do and humans cannot live through.  Odd stuff. 

I have no reason to believe they're here for anything shady.  if they wanted to take us out, given their greater technology, i bet they could do it.
