This is my friend Branden Ray getting Ready For Jr nats..i have been training with him for about 2 1/2 years now... he won the east coast tournament of champion of Washington dc last year and is now being trained by IFBB Pro Don Long..here is some pics of him 7 weeks out...

he is gonna try gonna to come as a light heavy at 198 but not sure because he now at 215 is pretty dry so we will see

ya he is very dry now and vascular at 215 it will be interesting to see if he can get down to 198 but i am sure don will have him right on track
