Wtf, can someone explain to me this method to the madness?
My friend is competing next sat at the Keystone pro, (Mr Lehigh Valley) and some other competitors are suggesting he eats some chocolate bar before going on stage to "fill him out" "or get the veins going".. Ive heard this before even when I competed, but never dared..
Anyone know/ or tried this? Hes ripped and looking awesome, I dont want him to mess it up at the last minute..he has veins on his abs and all...
