I have an associate that is a bar back just learning on the job

he's impressed with how many drinks I have learned from bartending school.  He'll ask me some drinks and I will tell them how they're made

he offered to get me a bartending position there but I think I'm going back to school in the fall

similar to a long island iced tea

10 oz Collins glass with ice

1/2 oz vodka

1/2 oz light rum

1/2 oz gin

1/2 oz blue curacao

2 oz lemon sour mix

top with 7up

garnish with a cherry

99% of my friends are bartenders that also go to skool..

its GREAT $ if you r in a college or yuppie town..

the 'forbidden fruit' drinks...long island iced tea, *Grateful Dead*, that one and any one that has 2 oz of alchohol

Being in the business for a while, we never hored people that wen to tobartending schol.  Always tried to hire from within or hire experienced bartenders.

sex on the beach

10 oz collins glass with ice

1 oz peach schnapps

1/2 oz vodka

orange juice

cranberry juice

shake and strain or short shake

leave out the orange juice and use twice as much cran, you have a "Woo Woo"
