tip of week

it's my understanding that the "boat" alot fo these guys show in the abdominal reagion is a combination of the effects of insulin and GH...am I on the right track or is it something else?  I really don't know much about "enhancers" hence the name "natural al".

also when did insulin and GH come into vogue in BB?  I'm betting around 95 when Nasser blew up to win the NOC and just became a monster.

the bloat is due to growth igf and insulin,,
the bloat can be there from the use of growth andor igf with no insulin if if used at high dose
the bloat is also as a result of paying less attention to the sodium intake at this stage,,you can be 7% and consume 5000mg sodium a day,,it wont give you any problem but water  retention

and lastly the bloat is because aas are running in the system,,mainly testosterone and other androgens that create this level of level of water over your physiqe,,it is nothing and goes down,,you only need it off pre competition and can get it off via dropping off the drugs to minimal final couple days or keeping the drugs al through out and taking a good duretic,,

in any case diet will be 100% on last couple weeks

also growth came in to bodybuilding longbefore 1995,,it was in the end of the 80s,,and was experiemnted with long before,,all through 80s,,insulin been there long before growth

growth and igf makesyou wanna eat your mommy and daddy,,so its part of it,,but any human being can control his eating,,when preping you dont eat a lot,,when on the road pre competition you  dont eat anything even close to a football player running back yet the running back tummy will be tight 32 inches with abs screaming out of it,,

why?
because he take growth at 3-4iu a day,,,he takes igf at 30mcg every other day,,,he doesnt go 15 units a day and in most cases dont go crazy on insulin and other aas,,

food got very little to do with it,,

many bodybuilders dont even eat as much as they need to to maintain 250lb+ ,,they are active all day long ,,,and still present 7 month prego,,,the reason is stated above

everything grows on igf and gh,,from the muscles to the parts inside ,,if you use gh and igf right you can achieve a dream look of a big cut muscular and refined homo,,if you go overboard you will grow the prego look with it
