I know he his a Ron Avidan hater but his 2006 form was awesome

I think he pwn Dexter on conditionning

Ron has said David has improved in attitude lately.

His psychology is pretty easy to read - honestly he is just being offensive as a form of defense.  It seems like he is making up for his insecurities with ego.  That is just what is OBVIOUS - I'm not saying it's right.  Not every psychological profile is the obvious one.

he makes a lot of weird faces and facial ticks, he's a strange short little dude, the only hard thing he did on BFTO was the 90 pound db curls but he only did 3 reps, still that's a heavy ass db curl.

He always seems to come in top condition - great back and arms , needs more size in his legs but the conditioning of them is sick!!

He did turn pro as a middleweight remember, so he has done better than most other middleweights who have recently turned pro. He does act like a weird girl in the BFTO video though.

David and I have no problems with each other. We spoke at the firsts pro show of the season, the 2007 Iornman Pro, and all was great. It is a new year. I have nothing but respect for David Henry, he faltered a little in his preparation for the early shows, but the guy will bring it back.

I am hoping that Dave Henry will break the top 5 at the Colorado Pro!

He is the poster child for the reason(s) why the pros need a lighter wt class.
