He was a true freak and could have taken Ronnie to the limit had he stuck around and not gotten into legal trouble.

There's nothing wrong with his health. He has started a bbdg league of hiw own. First contest is in September. He is living here in Toronto and makes the odd appearance at Gold's gym in Mississauga. He has lost his size as he is off the gas since his attempt to come back during the Montreal show last year.

From what I remember, his physique was starting to wane long before his legal trouble. When he won the NOC, and the entire crowd booed, he wasn't near his best and didn't resemble anything like the photos we see above. A few years prior (94-95) Paul placed 4-5th, then suddenly him and Ronnie switched, with Paul not even placing in the 98 Olympia, while Ronnie won.

I remember that NOC. Paul was large and in charge but many felt Ruhl was over looked and should have one that show. Never the less Paul won and thats all that matters.
