keep in mind that before that he worked up to 585x3 and did a set of 315x20. and he definitely could have done more reps, that 20th was cake.

How can anyone not be impressed by Ryan Kennelly? Besides his awesome power, the guy comes across as a straight up personality. There is an interesting interview with him at http://www.criticalbench.com/powerlifting-bench-press.htm I've been following his approach to maximize my flat bench. Lets see what happens in about 8 weeks.
