but yeah figure out what poses look good with a set of mirrors, then hit them in front of camera so you don't have to figure it out on the fly by watching the camcorder view screen.

proper posing is only for those who have weaknesses in terms of conditioning, therefore i have plenty of weaknesses right now because im not fully ripped. when im shredded i will have lines every where and i could be doing a chicken dance and look impressive with skinless fatless muscles moving about
