The face of human scum.
« on: May 25, 2007, 06:42:19 AM »
I'm all for executing these scumbags on the spot. They serve no purpose in society and they contribute nothing. I doubt the dirtbags that spawned this scum are any better, might as well execute them as well. As Dennis Miller once said "sometimes you've just got to thin the herd".

Parts of Boston are becoming overrun with this filth.

Hub cop shot by thug

A reputed gangbanger pulled out a .357 Magnum and shot Boston police gang unit Officer Stephen Romano in the chest when he was asked for his ID during a gang sweep last night, police said.

The suspect was then shot twice in the torso by a state trooper assigned to the gang unit. Police sources identified the suspect as Antonio Franklin, 21, a known Castlegate gang member. A source at the scene said that despite his wounds, the suspect was laughing that he had just shot a cop.

Romano, a 13-year veteran assigned to the city’s Youth Violence Strike Force, was in guarded condition last night in the intensive care unit, sources said. A bullet entered under the right side of his bullet-proof vest and struck his rib, but did not hit any vital organs. The suspect was taken to Beth Israel Hospital and was arraigned today and ordered held on $250,000 cash bail.

Here's another winner that needs to be culled along with her 21 year old boyfriend.

Mother held in beating death of child
Boyfriend charged with failure to act

By Connie Paige and Michael Levenson, Globe Staff  |  May 25, 2007

GARDNER -- About a week before a 2-year-old Gardner girl died from injuries sustained in a beating the Department of Social Services was called to her home to investigate allegations that the child was being abused, an agency spokeswoman said.

Caseworkers devised a plan to have the girl live with her mother and grandmother and never be put in the care of the mother's boyfriend, who was on probation for indecent assault and battery. DSS said it was satisfied the plan would keep the child safe.

But yesterday, the mother, Michele Lepkowski, 32, was charged in Gardner District Court with beating the child, and the boyfriend, Luke Malizia, 21, who was at the home during the alleged assault, was charged with doing nothing to stop her.

Doctors who examined the girl, Raelynn Mascal, said she had died after suffering severe trauma to the head, face, and torso, according to court documents. Judge Patrick A. Fox said in court papers that Lepkowksi's beating "result[ed] in death of a 2-year-old child."

And here's another. In some instances sterilization is a good thing.

Mom busted for cash-and-carriage heist
By Laura Crimaldi
Friday, May 25, 2007 - Updated: 05:27 AM EST

An Everett mother had more than a bundle of joy in her baby carriage yesterday. She had a bundle of stolen booty, police said.
Stacy Russo, 26, was fleeing a home she’d just broken into, police said, when she was spotted stashing a bag of stolen cash and jewelry into the bottom of the carriage bearing her infant.
The brazen mom-bandit bolted out the back of the home toward Revere Beach Parkway after a female resident came home and heard a “commotion” in a back room at about noon, police said.
Police caught up with Russo near a Dunkin’ Donuts on Route 16 and recovered the stolen goods.
The child was taken to Whidden Memorial Hospital by police and placed in the custody of relatives by the Department of Social Services, which opened a 10-day investigation into the matter, said DSS spokeswoman Denise Monteiro. Russo will be arraigned today in Malden District Court.
