Help Bluto to become a Bodybuilder and loose the fat

Man my mate Bluto just told me that he has a serious problem with his weight, and when I say serious I mean large...we need to help him and motivate him to get into the gym, he has been practical on getbig ALL the time, no offtime so no gym  :-\
I'm seriously concerned about his wellbeing.

Can well all ditch in and help him out here please?
