Thick back... I never understood the appearance of the mid/lower back. That look where the traps seem to meld into the erectors (i guess?) forming two big columns of muscle running down the entire back. It looks like the erectors are on top of the lats.
In that pose, my traps end mid back, then the lats appear immediately after. Zero thickness (despite deadlifts like a maniac for years), but more importantly the erectors just seem to be MIA.
