only natural i see here is ross,, rest are juiced and hormonized from amphetamines to growth to insulin to simple orals to injectables

ross is pretty much where the best genetics can get you naturally,,the best that is! there are a lot less lucky..

From what I've read, a real asshole.

Pretty sure he was on shit all the time.

Doent strike me as an individual with much integrity, although he would have had us believe otherwise.

A little more about Clancy Ross:

Strength and perseverance were the hallmark of Clarence Ross.  These were regular accomplishments … overhead press 315 lbs, multi-reps: Squats with 450 lbs – 10 reps:  bench-presses: 385 lbs – 10 reps, and repeated curls with 200 pounds of resistance.  These, Mr. Ross did without additives. Other than protein powder and a well-balanced food menu, plus the consumption of copious amounts of milk, Mr. Ross never touched the additives then available but, instead, prided himself on the consumption of well balanced, healthy, meals.

The competition was fierce in those days.  Some of the great names remain as inspiration to young bodybuilders today.  It is only right.  Such great champions should never be forgotten.

HE is also one of two men to beat Steve Reeves twice..........

Its my opinion, and assumption, Disgusted.

I'm not sure.

He always pushed his contradictory training and nutritional methods as the be-all, end-all, and shuned everyone elses. Just struck me as an egotistical, celf-centred, bitter man that didnt achieve nor get recognition he thought he deserved...

He had great conditioning for time, looks like a user of homones.

Conjecture and bias, never liked the guy. He did get famous for getting people in shape in no time, and knew his shit, but I'm sure the fabled stories leave out what he used to get these individuals in shape.
