the ufc was getting plenty of draw without idiots i mean personalities like rampage. i can't want until henderson or shogun beats rampage and takes that title. has nothing to do with liddel i simply can't stand rampage and i will cheer for whoever is fighting him. but next time i will get them off of the net. ppv is a waste

He didn't get all of Chuck's chin, but Page is so strong that it was enough to put Chuck down. Had Page been an inch closer, that punch would've completely knocked Chuck out. It was the equivalent of a really strong baseball hitter hitting the ball off the end of the bat, but it still goes out of the park.

With regard to the marketing of MMA, I get the feeling the UFC will be marketing its name brand more than the athletes themselves, simply because the the sport is too unpredictable (Crocop, GSP etc). By the time the UFC gets behind a guy, he gets beat.

Ill be honest, the result is still a complete shock to me. However towards last night i had a horrible feeling, i even told the wife i thought Chuck had lost and sure enough he was KTFO. I hate those feelings cos theyre usually spot on. I thought he would set the pace, catch Rampage on the counter and catch him with some solid punches. In reflection he was awful and did everything wrong. Rampage fought a great strategy and looked 10 times the fighter he was on his debut. His new team are taking him to heights he has never reached, though i still think Hollywood will beat him and become the first tri-belt champion. His striking was sharp and accurate, i dont think Chuck will mentally recover from that. hes found the one guy he cant beat

he hasnt fought them, and chances are he will never fight them unless Wandy comes to UFC in 2008 and Shogun gives him a title shot. Of all the people hes fought, Rampage seems to have his number

more like the Chris Cormier of MMA. Hes too caught up in his celebrity status these days and i think its just distracted him. He seems to believe his own press, he loves to party and hes nothing close to being totally focused on his fights. Although hes not finished, hell i see him staying top 2-3 at 205, i think his era has gone. Once Shogun enters the equasion its bye bye Chuck Liddell. I see him having a crack at Wandy in 2008 if theyre both still around, maybe for a chance to fight the champ (Hendo or Shogun) but thats about it
