2 cracker, 1 piece of lettuce and 1 sardine..that was his total meal for the day..he did that diet for 2 months to get his current super striated version. The pictures don't really show the cuts

Lose the sardine and make the crackers salted with Celtic Sea Salt and you got Daddywaddy's intake.
