Author Topic: 2017 California Pro - What happened to Zhanna Rotar? (Read 30556 times)

I am a very honest person and I have absolutely nothing to hide. I am completely against women using any enhancing supps, as that destroys the very essence of being a woman, and that is FEMININE. The problem this show was that I did not work closely with Hany, and did not take his advice of not gaining too much weight off season. He was actually unhappy with how heavy I got off season this time. Every time I used Hany, I did really well and looked great, so lesson learned!

Also, about being able to do cardio 6 hours a day... I am a part owner of a gym, and I work 12 h a day... it helps being in the gym. I do appreciate your concern, but in this case your concern is misdirected. I hope I clarified some things,

FYI......6 hours of cardio per day burns more muscle than fat. Take it for what it's worth.

I agree, but it was do or die, that is why things did not work out well.. I was in an emergency mode

What they all say. You're a true pro now, lying about taking "supps" is one of the first steps to being a pro competitor.

Nice upgrade on the breasts though.

Imho That looks MUCH better Zhanna.

I find more meat and bodyfat-lvl much more attractive on a woman.
