Not at all Bluto - you can lose or gain a large amount of fat+muscle if you eat and train very heavy.
Like I said, it took me years to do it for the first time. So all I need to do is restore my glycogen and I'll look 45 lbs heavier cause I'll be 45 lbs heavier - IF I eat regularly which I probably won't
I'll tell you what - sticky this thread and I'll put pics up and we'll see how I evolve. It'll be like the Colorado experiment, except I'm a lifetime natural which many people know for a fact including bodybuilders, powerlifters and many others.
